Pearl, our highly sought-after 649-square-foot space, is a versatile addition for your production needs. Featuring white painted brick on one side and a matte brick effect on the other, Pearl offers an appealing aesthetic backdrop. Along one side of the room, you’ll find warm wood accents, complemented by expansive windows that provide breathtaking views of the River Wey.

Pearl is perfectly suited for use as production offices, photography setups, or studios where sound isn’t a primary concern, such as product shoots. While it can accommodate sound-sensitive projects, we recommend keeping in mind that perfect sound cannot be guaranteed in this space. Nevertheless, Pearl remains an excellent choice to enhance your creative endeavors, offering a blend of charm and functionality.

    Pearl has 58 13 amp plug sockets, perfect for powering LED lighting and a number of accessories. 

    Colourama

    Colourama backgrounds can be ordered and supplied in any colour you need. Please contact us and we can supply a list of colours available.

    Gigabit Wifi

    Pearl comes with 2 high speed Cat6 ports, and super fast wifi. Expect speeds of up to 1Gbps down and up. Great for solid client feeds, streams and uploading files.

    Air Con

    This space is fitted with 2 A rated Air con and heating units, making sure you are comfortable when shooting.

    Kit Hire

    For your convenience we have an on-site hire Company, able to provide you with anything you will need for your production. Camera’s, lighting, sound, grip and accessories. 

    Catering Available

    We are able to supply a range of food for both breakfast and lunch, delivered straight to the studio.  Alternatively Deliveroo and Uber eats operate in the area.

    Crew and Production

    We work with top level production companies and are able to provide filming and photography services, as well as offer extra crew members when needed. 

    Unlimited Parking

    Tannery Studios has almost unlimited parking facilities, at no extra cost. We also have space for lorries and low loaders if needed.

    Communal Area

    You are able to take advantage of our communal kitchen and seating areas equipped with cutlery, crockery fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. 

    On Site Prop Hire and Set building

    A few units down is the home of Deadline. One of the best set builders in the business. They also offer a prop hire and have everything from magic wands to background flats.
